Plunger grinding principle

The job (Cast Iron table) is stationary & grinding stone rotates on its self axis along with to and fro motion. 

The machine has a full width grinding wheel of 200 mm on oscillating principle with hydraulic movement. It has the
PLC base-timer & Positive driven center-less grinding attachment which is designed to grind Ring Frame & Speed Frame top-rollers. The center-less attachment is operating by pneumatic system. A separate 25 mm width grinding wheel is provided to grind draw frame & comber top roller between two centers. 

This machine is suitable for grinding all types of top rollers like Ring frame, Speed frame, Draw frame, Comber, OE, texturing, Elite rollers etc.
